Recruiting senior-level professionals?
Claremont provides a personalized approach.
A Personalized Approach to Recruiting Senior-Level Professionals
Claremont Search Advisors (CSA) occupies a unique position in today’s recruiting environment as a boutique retained executive search firm providing a consultative and customized approach. Unlike other firms that begin a search by contacting the “usual suspects,” Claremont begins each search with a fresh, expansive, and open-minded approach designed to find the ideal person for the role – someone who will thrive in the client’s culture and remain a valued employee for years to come.
Every aspect of the process is handled by Jane Ezersky, Founder and President, rather than delegated to junior-level associates. For each assignment Jane casts a wide net, which extends to people and places often not considered by others, and always includes those from diverse and varied backgrounds. She invests the time needed to fully understand the strengths of potential candidates, going well beyond reviewing resumes to discover what truly motivates and drives them. This requires digging deep, and draws on her years of experience as well as expertise in psychology.
Jane’s seasoned skills in candidate assessment ensure that her client sees only the best candidates; the screening is done by Jane — not by the client — eliminating time-intensive inefficiencies. As a result, Claremont’s searches are completed quickly and efficiently.
The firm’s track record speaks for itself: every search it has conducted since its founding in 2006 has resulted in the client extending an offer to a Claremont candidate. Clients return again and again, knowing that Claremont can always be counted on to deliver beyond expectations.

Note from Jane
Founder and President
After spending more than two decades working in recruitment and career management in both business and academic settings, I founded Claremont Search Advisors to create a best-in-breed boutique executive search firm providing an unparalleled level of dedication and service. My passion and commitment have resulted in long-term, successful search outcomes, and repeat business from some of the world’s leading institutions. Those I work with come to rely on my judgment, and we inevitably establish a strong relationship of trust. Clients recognize and appreciate the extra mile I go with every search, and are also delighted with the short time it usually takes to complete a mandate. Their satisfaction is what is most important to me. And my on-going relationships with them is why I love what I do.
“I cannot stress enough how valuable Jane was to [us] in finding talent. She helped place several people and was remarkably thoughtful in her approach and process.”
